Located in the park of the same name, École Éthel-et-Julius-Rosenberg, in Bagneux focuses on nature and the preservation of the environment. Its curved lines are not just for the aesthetics. The Brelan d’Arch architects managed to build the brand new school in the center of Bagneux park, without touching or harming the trees around. The modern facade is finished with sustainable and natural Lunawood Thermowood frames to give a natural look and protect the windows from sun. Toxic-free thermally modified timber was chosen also to avoid using harmful materials around the children’s play area.
Despite the high summer temperatures and humidity fluctuations, Luna SHP 42×140 mm Thermowood profiles hold their shape well throughout the year.
