The three buildings are carefully arranged to follow the site’s natural slope, maximizing southern light and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The architectural design focuses on clean lines and spacious terraces that form the heart of each home. To complement the sleek, industrialized GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) panels, Lunawood ThermoWood® was chosen to bring warmth and a natural texture to the project. Applied in select elements such as solar screens and decorative cladding, the Lunawood battens work beautifully alongside the modern structures, creating a sophisticated dialogue between the precision of concrete and the warmth of natural wood.
