Nestled in the rugged landscape of Haliburton, Ontario, 30 Industrial Park Road is a contemporary commercial building designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. Created by KAEGAN WALSH ARCHITECT LTD., the project provides flexible spaces for offices, storage, and a showroom, that support the local business community with a design that is both functional and enduring.

Natural Elegance with Luna Arctic Layer
The façade features Luna Arctic Layer 1×6, a unique Lunawood ThermoWood® product designed to deliver the refined, weathered appearance of aged timber from the very first day. Its brushed surface and controlled silver-grey tone create a calm, natural aesthetic that mirrors the textures and hues of the Northern landscape.
Beyond its visual appeal, Luna Arctic Layer offers all the enduring benefits of Lunawood ThermoWood®: exceptional dimensional stability, resistance to decay, and a chemical-free production process using only heat and steam. The result is a façade that performs beautifully in the demanding Canadian climate while maintaining its natural and sustainable character.

The 30 Industrial Park Road project reflects practicality and craftsmanship. The combination of durable materials and precise detailing ensures minimal maintenance and lasting value for its occupants. With its timeless design, the building demonstrates how natural wood can bring warmth, authenticity, and resilience to modern commercial architecture.
