Malski is a center for people, corporations and culture in the city center of Lahti and it was opened in 2020. Operating in a historic brewery building, Malski specializes in locality and a way of working together that produces visible results as current events, new business and impressive encounters. Malski’s driving forces are innovative companies, the Art, Poster and Design Museum LAD, the event hall Sammio, the cowork community, the restaurant, the café-roastery and the brewery pub.

A terrace area of Lunawood thermowood was built on the northern part of the Malski Center. The material is our novelty, a wide plank made of heat-treated spruce (Luna SHP Profix 3 32×166, brushed, SAP) with hidden fastening system. The beautiful round branches of the spruce are highlighted from the terrace and the brushed surface completes the rustic finish, which fits in perfectly with the spirit of the old industrial building.

Lunawood thermowood is dimensionally stable and durable decking material that keeps the finished edges and miter corners looking good for decades.
