A successful year for Lunawood – 100 000 m3 delivery record reached in one year
Lunawood’s growth story continues and for the first time in one-year Lunawood has delivered over 100 000 m3 of sustainable and ecological Nordic Thermowood to the global markets.

Lunawood’s strong global network of partners and the growing demand for ecological wood products have made continuous growth possible, and the growth is expected to continue for the future. Lunawood Thermowood is a renewable and sustainable alternative to traditional tropical hardwoods and other durable wood species used as decorative surfaces outdoors.
The package including the 100 000th m3 contains high quality Lunawood Thermo-spruce for facades. The product was manufactured at Lunawood’s Iisalmi Mill and delivered to Lunawood´s long-term partner Stevens & Co. in Belgium in November. Janne Heikkinen and Lunawood’s Area Manager Sebastien Chenot were receiving the package together with company’s owner Ann Stevens and her Team at the Port of Antwerp.
