Project Nieuw Boekenroode in the Netherlands, consists of 16 homes on a private estate of approximately 2 hectares. It is a new concept aimed at residents with a light care demand, home where they can receive support but also enjoy the beautiful area and architecture.

Nature, landscape and city literally come together here. There are many facilities available to make living at Nieuw Boekenroode as comfortable as possible!

The general appearance of all the buildings is sturdy and modern. This has been implemented by partially using bricks in the facades and partially vertically installed, dark stained Lunawood Thermowood. The 3D effect on the surface, created with different panel sizes, is emphasizing the strong vertical lines of the building.

For creating interesting 3D surfaces Lunawood has introduced the product family Luna Panel System. It is easy to install by concealed nailing and the four different sizes of high-quality panel products gives the freedom to play.

The entity also uses Lunawood Thermowood in solar pergolas. These private spaces add luxury and extend the living space from indoors to outdoors from spring to autumn.
