The new organizational structure of the customer experience team strengthens customer experience management

Excellent customer experience and strong partnerships are Lunawood’s success factors now and in the future. The organizational structure of customer experience will be renewed from September 1, 2024. The new organization strengthens customer management in different market areas and the re-organization of teams brings clarity to customer service.

Markus Lehmuskorpi has been appointed Area Director for Nordics and Baltics and he will join the Sales Management team. Area Manager Mika Lindberg, who is responsible for domestic and Baltic sales, and Area Manager Kenneth Pihl, who is responsible for sales in Sweden, Norway and Iceland, will report to Markus.

Area Director Susanna Walther continues with her current sales responsibilities and Area Manager Ivan Savinskiy, who is responsible for the markets of the Middle East and APAC region, starts reporting to her.

Area Director Sébastien Chenot is responsible for North West Central Europe and North America. In his team, John Black has been appointed Project Business Manager for the North American market, where he is responsible for promotional work especially towards new and potential partners and actively participates in project sales.

Area Director Mirko Genz continues to lead the CEE area sales.

The Sales Assistants’ job title changes to Sales Coordinator, which better describes their role in order processing and coordination. Sales Coordinators are in close contact with customers and serve them as a team together with the sales managers. In the future, the sales coordinators’ areas of responsibility will follow the area division of sales: Ritva Rantalainen is responsible for the German-speaking Central and Eastern European region (CEE) and Sini Valkama for the French-speaking region in Northwest and Central Europe (NWCE) and North Africa. Päivi Nyberg‘s area of ​​responsibility includes Southern Europe and overseas markets, Dimitrios Gkizis is responsible for the Nordic countries and the Baltics, and Jenny Nykänen takes on the duties of North American Sales Coordinator. Sales Coordinator Merja Lohisalo will continue in domestic sales and support export markets when necessary.

Marketing Manager Johanna Veikkolainen has been appointed Senior Marketing Manager with responsibility for leading the marketing team, for partnerships and the annual planning. Marketing Manager Suvi Loukeinen develops the brand and visuals and will also be responsible for developing Lunawood’s brand in the North American market. Suvi, Marketing and Design Specialist Susanna Kivioja and Marketing Assistant Nana Keränen report to Johanna in their duties.

Business Development Manager Tomi Tiainen has joined the Customer experience team on August 1, 2024 and reports to Maija Masalin.
